Kathleen Staples earned her BFA at Parsons School of Design in New York and initially embarked on a successful career as a landscape painter. Thereafter her work has been shown in numerous exhibitions and placed in private collections, and she was awarded the prestigious Individual Artist Fellowship by the State of Florida.
